\u7b2c\u4e00\u7d44\u6578\u5b57\uff08\u6536\u7e2e\u58d3\u6216\u4e0a\u58d3\uff09\u986f\u793a\u5fc3\u81df\u6536\u7e2e\u6642\u8840\u6db2\u5c0d\u8840\u7ba1\u58c1\u9020\u6210\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c \u7b2c\u4e8c\u7d44\u6578\u5b57\uff08\u8212\u5f35\u58d3\u6216\u4e0b\u58d3\uff09\u8868\u793a\u5fc3\u81df\u653e\u9b06\u6642\u8840\u6db2\u5c0d\u8840\u7ba1\u58c1\u9020\u6210\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u6839\u64da\u9999\u6e2f\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u53c3\u8003\u6982\u89bd\u5f15\u7528\u6b50\u6d32\u5fc3\u81df\u75c5\u5b78\u6703\uff08European Society of Cardiology\uff09\u53ca\u6b50\u6d32\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u5b78\u6703\uff08European Society of Hypertension\uff09\u806f\u5408\u767c\u8868\u6709\u95dc\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6307\u5f15\uff0c\u6536\u7e2e\u58d3\u6301\u7e8c\u8655\u65bc140\u6beb\u7c73\u6c34\u9280\u67f1\uff08mmHg\uff09\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u53ca\/\u6216\u8212\u5f35\u58d3\u6301\u7e8c\u8655\u65bc90 mmHg\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u4fbf\u8a3a\u65b7\u70ba\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u3002\u82e5\u8840\u58d3\u9577\u671f\u8655\u65bc\u9ad8\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c \u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\uff0c \u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u98a8\u3001\u51a0\u5fc3\u75c5\u3001\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u7aed\u3001\u6162\u6027\u814e\u75c5\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u6cbb\u7642<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u6cbb\u7642\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u9577\u9060\u7dad\u6301\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u8840\u58d3\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u964d\u4f4e\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4f75\u767c\u75c7\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387<\/span>\u3002\u5c0d\u4e00\u822c\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u60a3\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u76ee\u6a19\u61c9\u70ba\u4f4e\u65bc 140\/90 mmHg\uff1b\u5c0d\u65bc\u5df2\u6709\u7cd6\u5c3f\u75c5\u6216\u814e\u75c5\u7684\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u60a3\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u76ee\u6a19\u61c9\u7232\u4f4e\u65bc 130\/80 mmHg\u3002\u8840\u58d3\u76ee\u6a19\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u7684\u8003\u91cf\uff0c\u5982\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u5e74\u9f61\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u9577\u671f\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u61c9\u8207\u91ab\u751f\u5546\u8a0e\u5176\u8840\u58d3\u76ee\u6a19\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u9054\u81f3\u8a72\u6c34\u5e73\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u70ba\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\uff0c \u5e02\u6c11\u5728\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u9762\u61c9\u6e1b\u5c11\u9e7d\u4efd\uff08\u9209\u8cea\uff09\u651d\u53d6\u4e26\u6ce8\u610f\u5747\u8861\u98f2\u98df\u3001\u591a\u505a\u9ad4\u80fd\u904b\u52d5\u4e26\u6e1b\u5c11\u4e45\u5750\u3001\u6ce8\u610f\u9ad4\u91cd\u548c\u8170\u570d\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u907f\u514d\u5438\u7159\u548c\u98f2\u9152\u3001\u4fdd\u6301\u5fc3\u5883\u958b\u6717\u3002\u9664\u4e86\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5065\u5eb7\u751f\u6d3b\u6a21\u5f0f\u6539\u8b8a\u5916\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u60a3\u8005\u9084\u9700\u85e5\u7269\u4ecb\u5165\u4f86\u63a7\u5236\u8840\u58d3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u85e5\u7269\u6cbb\u7642<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\u7269\u4e3b\u8981\u5206\u4e00\u7dda\u548c\u4e8c\/\u4e09\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u3002<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">\u4e00\u7dda\u85e5\u7269\u9664\u4e86\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u964d\u8840\u58d3\u5916\uff0c\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\u5b83\u5011\u9084\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u5176\u4ed6\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u767c\u75c5\u7387\u548c\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u3002<\/span>\u7576\u4e00\u7a2e\u6216\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u4e00\u7dda\u85e5\u7269\u7121\u6cd5\u6709\u6548\u63a7\u5236\u8840\u58d3\u6642\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u75c5\u4eba\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\u6703\u8003\u616e\u52a0\u4e0a\u4e8c\/\u4e09\u7dda\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u4e8c\/\u4e09\u7dda\u85e5\u7269\u80fd\u63a7\u5236\u8840\u58d3\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u9810\u9632\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u6210\u6548\u4e0d\u53ca\u4e00\u7dda\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8868\u683c\u4ecb\u7d39\u4e0d\u540c\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u4e00\u7dda\u964d\u8840\u58d3\u85e5<\/strong><\/h3>\n<table
