The cafes offer ‘comfort food’, low-carbon eating, vegetarian choices, organic food and fair trade products.

The revenue generated from Shou Zen Japanese Cuisine, after deducting the necessary expenses, are contributed to Benji’s Centre helping children with speech and communication problems from low-income families, to enable them to integrate into the community.
