Centre adopted case management model by developing a multidisciplinary approach so as to provide a comprehensive care for different stages of dementia

An early education centre in Hong Kong that runs separate programmes for both English and Cantonese speaking children with special educational needs (SEN). They provide a variety of individual and group educational, and therapeutic programmes to pre-school children with special education needs, helping them to achieve a well-rounded development in speech and language, physical, intellectual and social aspects. Also, they offer support services for parents and caregivers, ensuring children can receive appropriate home-based training and care.
