Centre provides community development service for different types of people in the community. Through organizing a wide varity of activities, it promotes community integration, social responsibility as well as sence of self-help and mutual help. It provides residential care to children with disabilities with a special need in order to protect and promote their health and well-being, and nurture their growth and development with regard to their physical, social, emotional and intellectual needs.

Provide professional and supporting services for persons with disabilities/special educational needs and their parents, such as indivitual counseling, children and youth activities, community education, etc.

It is a type of community support services at neighbourhood level to provide a range of comprehensive services, such as social and recreational activities, carer support services, volunteer services and so on. In order to enable elderly persons to remain in the community, to lead a healthy, respectful and dignified life and to enhance their positive and contributing role to the society.
