Y Garden View Lounge is launched by HKYWCA. The restaurant employs retirees to operate front-of-the-house for the purpose of facilitating the productive aging of elderly.

They provide a wide variety of activities and supporting services for elders. It includes indivitual counseling, community support service for the carer, dementia service, hidden and vulnerable elderly supporting services, volunteer development services, group work, learning and interest development, health and civic education promotion, social and recreational activities, as well as provide leisure facilities .
