近近地沙田區就有免費戒煙服務~唔好猶疑啦即刻打去戒煙熱線，揾人傾傾啦
東華三院戒煙綜合服務中心
戒煙服務透過心理輔導及藥物治療，舒緩退癮徵狀，所有藥物的安全及成效均已經過臨床測試。另外，醫生、護士或輔導員亦會為戒煙者進行身體檢查及評估，並會按其尼古丁依賴程度，度身設計合適的戒煙計劃！

博愛醫院免費中醫針灸戒煙服務
透過中醫師為戒煙者作面談輔導，並配合針灸改善戒煙初期的短暫不適感，從而提高成功戒煙的機會。戒煙者亦可配合穴位及耳穴按摩以加強療效，並能加強抑制治療期間之煙癮反應。
全港已有46間流動及固定中醫診所，已累積為超過1,2000吸煙者，提供超過10,0000次的免費中醫針灸戒煙服務。
