實際練習健步行正確步姿及伸展運動,進行一英里步行測試,測試參加者的心肺耐力。

2. 會員必須出席兩堂方能參加恆常健步行活動

Experienced volunteers share the theory of fitness walking,
including what fitness walking is, how to monitor exercise
intensity, the correct posture for fitness walking, and its health
benefits.

Practical class(11/3/2026)
Practicing the correct fitness walking posture and stretching
exercises, finishing a one-mile walking test giving a better
understanding of their physical condition.

︱ Note ︱1. Proper exercise attire is required
2. Members must participate in both theory
and practice lesson
