備註： 當天會為參加者進⾏評估，是否為合資格參加⼩組，如參加⼈數過多將會以抽籤形式決定。

● Introduction to the group program
● Body composition analysis
● Waist circumference measurement
● Dietary awareness assessment questionnaire
Note: Assessment will be conducted to identify if the members are suitable to join the group or not. Lots will be drawn if the number of applicants exceeds the quota.
